We ordered brisket for our family and we couldn't be happier with the entire process. .Very professional and courteous, even went to multiple stores to accommodate our price and the cut we wanted. The brisket is absolutely delicious, slow smoked and the entire cut is FULL of flavor. The brisket came out tender and juicy with perfectly crispy edges. Literally smoked to perfection.
